Let me start by saying, “Thank You”!

Thank you for your willingness to partner with us during this difficult time. You have done an exceptional job maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, helping with cleaning, and having a positive attitude. As you’re probably already aware, we are getting ready to enter into Phase 3 of our regathering on August 16. Below, you will find important details and times regarding this phase.

Phase 3 Details:

SERVICE TIMES

Sundays at 10:30AM

We currently have ONE SERVICE at 10:30am! This service is open to anyone and will be LIVE-streamed. We offer child-care for NB - 4 year olds and Kids Church for 5 year olds - 5th grade during this service!

Sundays at 6:00PM

In-person Sunday night services will resume September 27. Until then, we will continue to only LIVE-stream services on Sunday night.

Wednesdays at 6:30PM

In-person Adult Prayer & Bible Study, Discipleship Classes and Salt+Light Teen Group have resumed as normal. The Adult Prayer & Bible Study will be LIVE-streamed.

SUNDAY SCHOOLS

NEW DATE: Starting back Sept. 20 at 9:30am

All of our Sunday School classes will resume on this date. We will continue to adhere to our current child check-in policies (see policies below).

KIDS Promotion Sunday September 27

On the 27th, each child will move up to the graded class they are in this Fall school year.

Master Clubs for Kids (4 yrs. - 6th)

Master Clubs have resumed for kids 4 years old - 5th grade!

Guidelines:

Phase 3 will see many of the same guidelines and recommendations in place that were in the previous phases. These include face masks, proper social distancing, 50% seating capacity in the building, and increased cleaning procedures. We have been cleaning and sanitizing the building before every service. This will continue during Phase 3 so that you can know that the building is clean and safe for your family.

Children:

All children attending the nursery will have their temperature taken and asked a few health questions before entering the building. According to CDC guidelines, any child showing a temperature higher than 100.4° will not be allowed into the building. Once the children have been screened and checked in, they will proceed directly to their age appropriate nursery. All of our nursery workers will be required to wear a mask, and we will have a cap of 10 children per nursery. Our nursery director, Mrs. Logan Smith, will handle any questions you might have regarding the nurseries.

Seating:

During Phase 3, we will continue to observe social distancing. Each pew has been taped off to ensure you and your family have your own area to sit in. We will continue streaming all of our services for those who are unable to attend.

As we’ve mentioned before, many of these changes, while temporary, are part of the process of getting back to normal. If you have any questions, please contact the church office. We love each of you and are excited to see you in a service very soon!
